Terms & Conditions

For Players & Customers · Effective Date: 1 June 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Introduction

Welcome to NetSet, a padel court booking platform operated by NetSet Ltd ("NetSet", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or making a booking through the NetSet website or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use NetSet you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information;
  • Have legal authority to agree to these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of any organisation you represent.

3. Account Registration & Authentication

NetSet uses a one-time passcode (OTP) system sent to your registered email address and mobile number for account creation and login. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your email address, mobile number, and account details accurate and up to date;
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of any OTP codes received;
  • All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably suspect have been compromised or misused. Please notify us immediately at privacy@netset.me if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4. Booking Courts

4.1 How Bookings Work

You may search for available padel courts, view pricing and availability, and reserve a time slot through the Platform. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation notification and a booking reference number.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed on the Platform at the time of booking. Prices are set by venue owners and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. NetSet is not responsible for pricing errors originating from venue listings, though we will work with venues to resolve any such errors promptly.

4.3 Payment

Payment is processed securely at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Your payment details are handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor and are never stored on NetSet servers.

4.4 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive a confirmation via SMS and/or email. We recommend saving your booking reference number.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Customer Cancellations

Each venue sets its own cancellation policy, which is displayed on the booking page before you confirm payment. Common policies are:

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the slot;
  • 50% refund if cancelled between 12 and 24 hours before the slot;
  • No refund if cancelled less than 12 hours before the slot.

The specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking is shown during checkout and in your booking confirmation. By completing a booking you accept that venue's cancellation policy.

5.2 Venue Cancellations

If a venue cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We will also assist you in finding an alternative court where possible.

5.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. NetSet does not issue refunds in cash or by alternative payment methods.

6. User Conduct

When using the Platform and attending booked venues, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose;
  • Resell or transfer bookings without prior written consent from NetSet;
  • Post abusive, defamatory, or offensive reviews or communications;
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Platform, including hacking, scraping, or reverse-engineering;
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.

7. Reviews & Ratings

Following a completed booking, you may be invited to leave a review of the venue. Reviews must be honest, based on your own experience, and must not contain personal attacks on staff, discriminatory language, or confidential information. NetSet reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our community standards.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including logos, design, software, and text — is the property of NetSet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Venues

NetSet acts as a booking intermediary. The venues listed on the Platform are independently operated businesses. NetSet is not responsible for the condition of facilities, the conduct of venue staff, injuries sustained on venue premises, or disputes between you and a venue that arise outside the scope of a booked session. Any complaints about a venue should first be raised with the venue directly. If unresolved, you may contact us at support@netset.me and we will do our best to assist.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • NetSet provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties as to uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose;
  • NetSet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform;
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the value of the booking giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (or the jurisdiction of NetSet's principal place of business, as applicable). Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform or by SMS/email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
